The Claflin Foundation Scholarships
Mason County graduation high school students are eligible to apply for The Robert and Louise Claflin Foundation Scholarship to receive funding to attend a post-secondary institution. This would include a college or university to pursue a certification, associates or bachelor’s degree, as well as a trade school for learning a skill.

Wahama Scholarship Fund
The Wahama Scholarship fund is one application for a variety of scholarship opportunities generously donated by our community businesses and families. Please follow the directions and turn in your completed application to Mrs. Murphy by April 1, 2022.
Wahama Athletic Hall of Fame Scholarship
The Wahama Athletic Hall of Fame Scholarship is an opportunity for any student athlete to apply. The application is available in pdf form to the right or you can pick up a paper copy in the Counselor's office. Please turn in completed application to Mrs. Murphy by April 6, 2022.
Jim Bailey Scholarship
In memory of Jim Bailey, this scholarship was established to provide assistance to students of West Virginia who attend post secondary vocational and technical programs. The application is in pdf form to the left. The deadline is April 15, 2022.
Lloyd Family Scholarship
Two $500 scholarships awarded by JT and Heather Lloyd to reward scholarly character, high school achievement and promote post secondary education for students of Wahama High School. Please complete all necessary application items and return to Mrs. Murphy by April 22, 2022.
WV Pumpkin Festival Scholarship
The WV Pumpkin Festival offers 3 scholarships for graduating seniors in West Virginia. The application is in pdf form to the left. All applications must be postmarked or received electronically by April 1, 2022.
APG Polytech Scholarship
The APG Polytech Scholarship application is available in pdf form to the right. All completed applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application by May 2, 2022.
Faith Baptist Church Scholarship
The Faith Baptist Church Scholarship provides two $250 scholarships to students pursuing post-secondary education. These are scholarships for students who are NOT members of Faith Baptist Church in Mason, WV. Application is available in pdf form to the left or pick up a paper copy in the Counselor's office. The United Methodist Church Upper Mason Parish provides a $500 scholarship opportunity to students who attend the United Methodist Churches in the Upper Mason Parish.
